Delivery & Shipping
Everything is made and posted by me from Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Making time
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for me to make and dispatch your order. Pieces already in stock often go out sooner. If you need something for a specific date, message me before ordering so I can confirm timings.
UK delivery
Free UK delivery on every order, sent via Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Every order is sent with proof of postage, and I keep dispatch records and photographs of each piece before it leaves the studio.
International delivery
I post internationally, with costs calculated at checkout. Customs charges, import duties and local taxes are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. These are set by your local customs authority, not by me.
If your order has not arrived
UK orders: if your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email me and I will investigate with Royal Mail. International orders: please allow 21 working days before contacting me, as customs delays are common.
Replacements or refunds for lost post are issued once Royal Mail's claim process confirms the item as lost. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as I cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
