Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who I am

Remillie Jewellery is run by Katty, a sole trader based at 17 Whurley Way, Maidenhead, SL6 7SU, United Kingdom. You can contact me at RemillieJewellery@gmail.com.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming it has been received. A contract between us is formed when I dispatch your order, not before. I may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case you will be refunded in full straight away.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If a genuine pricing error is discovered on an order that has not yet been dispatched, I will contact you with the correct price and you may choose to proceed or receive a full refund.

Handmade products

Every piece is handmade individually. Small variations in bead placement, colour and finish are part of the nature of handmade work and are not faults. Colours on screen may differ slightly from real life depending on your device.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are set out on the Delivery & Shipping page. Cancellations, returns and refunds are set out on the Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

Safety

Jewellery is not a toy. Pieces contain small beads and components and must be kept away from babies and young children.

Your account and misuse

You agree to provide accurate details when ordering, including a correct delivery address. I reserve the right to refuse future orders in cases of fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the returns process.

Intellectual property

All designs, product photographs, and written content on this site belong to Remillie Jewellery. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used to manufacture or sell similar items without my written permission.

Liability

I am responsible for foreseeable loss caused by my breach of these terms, up to the value of your order. I am not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, business losses, or damage caused by misuse, alteration, or failure to follow the care guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
