How do I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces flat or in their pouch, away from direct sunlight. Put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and creams, not before. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep away from water, so take pieces off before swimming, showering and washing up.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for making, then 2 to 3 working days for Royal Mail delivery. Pieces already in stock often go out sooner. Full details are on the Delivery & Shipping page.

Can I return my order?

Yes. UK and EU customers have 14 days from delivery to cancel, with pieces returned unworn in their original packaging. The full policy, including how faulty items are handled, is on the Returns & Refunds page.

What are the pieces made from?

Glass pearls, Preciosa crystal and Miyuki seed beads on strong beading thread, with no glue anywhere. Some woven pieces are held together entirely by the weave itself. Clasps, extension chains and some spacer beads are gold tone or silver plated metal. Each listing tells you exactly what that piece is made from.

Will it fit me?

Most pieces include an extension chain, so necklaces and bracelets adjust by around 5cm to sit exactly where you like them. Each listing gives exact measurements so you can check against a piece you already own.

What if my piece breaks?

If a piece arrives faulty, email me within 48 hours with photos and I will put it right. For wear and tear later on, I offer repairs on my own work. UK customers post the piece to me. If you are overseas, contact me first and we will work out the most sensible option.
