Refund policy
Every piece is handmade by me, and I want you to be genuinely happy with what arrives. This page sets out exactly how returns work, so everything is clear and fair for both of us.
Your 14 day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are in the UK or EU you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email RemillieJewellery@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to post the item back.
Conditions for returns
Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the gift pouch included. I reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, in line with UK law.
Return postage is your responsibility and I strongly recommend a tracked service. Items that do not reach me cannot be refunded, so please keep your proof of postage.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made within 14 days of the return arriving, to the original payment method only. I am not able to refund to a different card or account under any circumstances, as this protects both of us against fraud.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty or damaged, email me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging it arrived in. This evidence is required for all damage claims.
For your protection and mine, every piece is photographed before dispatch and its condition documented. Depending on what you would prefer, I will repair the piece, replace it, or refund you in full including postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns I cannot accept
If a returned item is not the item I sent, shows signs of wear, or has been damaged after delivery, I reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you. I keep dispatch records and photographs of every order for this reason.
How to start a return
Email RemillieJewellery@gmail.com with your order number. I am a one woman studio, so it is always me who replies, usually within 1 to 2 days.
